The Business Problem
Throne had strong pilot results from its smart restroom deployments in several cities and needed a case study to adequately capture the amazing outcomes with their local government audience.
My Approach
I spoke with internal SMEs and reviewed information about the project to get a sense of where a story for the case study could be. Before interviewing their clients, I prepared several lines of questioning to illicit thoughtful and thorough responses. Afterwards, I analyzed what I'd learned from internal SMEs, project data, and interviews and pulled from my own experience working in local government to develop possible narratives for the case study - all of which supported bottom funnel goals.
I first developed a comprehensive outline for approval before drafting. When drafting the case study, I included recommendations for internal linking and final design elements, such as formatting, graphics, images, and quote blocks.
The Result
Two case studies published as blogs that the company continually references in marketing materials. Each highlights a different outcome and benefit to Throne's customers, which strengthens their credibility as the first smart restroom vendor.
