My Approach
For some engagements, I analyze business data to identify emerging trends for their annual workforce trends and hiring reports. I draw from my own experience working in the public sector to develop a thesis, frame arguments, and choose insights to highlight. Each piece starts from a detailed outline that's approved before going to draft. During the writing process, I research authoritative, primary sources to add strength to positions.
