Turning Roundtable Discussions Into 102 Published White Papers

A GovTech nonprofit needed a writer with public sector experience to turn  hour-long roundtable discussions into polished, publishable assets. Each roundtable touched on issues across cybersecurity, AI, cloud modernization, and government digital transformation.

For each roundtable, I worked directly from the raw transcript — listening to the full 1+ hour discussion, pulling the most relevant quotes, and organizing the conversation into logical sections. From there, I built a through-line narrative connecting the experts' individual points into a coherent argument, then wrote a polished summary that let the true nature of the conversation carry the piece.

Over four years, I produced 102 white papers spanning topics like Zero Trust security, AI and emerging tech, cloud infrastructure, and supply chain risk, which resulted in a steady stream of credible, expert-driven content supporting ATARC's mission of helping federal decision-makers stay informed.
